Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026. Short version: SpriteWash runs entirely in your browser. We don't collect your data because we never receive it.

1. Where your work lives

Everything you do in SpriteWash — the spritesheets you load, along with animations, masks, pivot positions, key colors, and other project settings — is stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB) and never leaves your device. There are no accounts, no uploads, and no server-side storage. Clearing browser data or switching devices loses that work, so export anything you want to keep.

2. What we collect

Nothing. The site is served as static files. We run no analytics, no trackers, and no first-party data collection. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process IP addresses and request metadata as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse, per their own privacy policy.

3. Cookies

SpriteWash sets no cookies. No analytics cookies, no third-party trackers.

4. Changes

If we change how we handle data in a material way, we'll update this page and surface a notice in the app.
