Terms of Service

Last updated: August 5, 2026. By using SpriteWash you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What SpriteWash is

SpriteWash is a tool for cleaning AI-generated spritesheets into game-ready assets. It runs entirely in your browser — your projects are stored on your device and never uploaded to us. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features may change or be removed at any time.

2. Your content

You own the sprites and projects you create. SpriteWash doesn't claim any rights to them — your content never reaches our infrastructure in the first place.

You are solely responsible for the content you work with, including making sure you have the right to use it.

3. Prohibited use

• No using the service to break the law.
• No trying to break, probe, or overload the service (scraping, automated abuse, denial-of-service, etc.).

4. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SpriteWash is not liable for lost work, lost data, or any damages arising from use of the service. Your projects live only in your browser's storage — keep backups (exports) of anything you can't afford to lose.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
